Loved Labels Dispute Resolution
Loved Labels doesn't provide a dispute resolution service. With approaching 100,000 participants and only a handful
of volunteer Admins and Moderators, we simply don't have the resources to get involved in sales that have gone wrong.
We recommend that participants dealing with a dispute follow these steps:
(1) Contact the buyer or seller and try to resolve the matter - e.g. get more detailed information like tracking or sending receipts;
ask for a full or partial refund or for return of goods
(2) Use the functionality provided by your payment gateway - e.g. for PayPal you can open cases and disputes
and ask PayPal to make a determination; for card payments you may be able to initiate a chargeback
(3) For more difficult cases, contact Citizens Advice (which is also a referral route to Trading Standards)

(4) A final step for a tiny minority will be small claims court claims of breach of a sales contract
with associated damages. But, for most transactions the costs involved would likely be disproportionate.
